ACCOUNTABILITY IS BUILT INTO THE WORKFLOW.
Our delivery framework explains how a managed outsourcing engagement can be structured. Specific services, responsibilities, service levels and reporting are agreed in writing for each client.
01 — Discovery and scope
We map business objectives, workflows, channels, hours, language requirements, systems, escalation points and success measures before proposing a delivery model.
02 — Candidate sourcing and selection
We identify candidates against role requirements and coordinate relevant screening and client review. We do not represent unassigned candidates as a deployed team.
03 — Onboarding and controlled access
We align process documentation, training, approved scripts, system permissions and escalation contacts before go-live.
04 — Daily management and quality assurance
Depending on the agreement, managed delivery may include attendance monitoring, coaching, workflow checks, call or ticket reviews, and documented issue resolution.
05 — Reporting and continuous improvement
We agree relevant KPIs such as first-response time, contact quality, CRM hygiene, qualified appointments, schedule adherence or resolution rates. Targets depend on the work and are not universal guarantees.
Sample weekly performance review
Example reporting format: Work completed; attendance and coverage; quality checks; KPI trends; escalations; corrective actions; priorities for the next week. This format can be tailored to your systems and workflow.
What clients should expect
Clear scope, named communication channels, defined escalation routes and agreed reporting cadence. Pricing, replacement procedures and responsibilities are governed by the signed agreement, not generic website promises.
