See how a managed outsourcing performance review can be organized. All numbers below are fictional demonstration data, not MGI client results or performance claims.
Example weekly operations review
Coverage: Planned versus actual shifts, attendance exceptions and backup arrangements.
Production: Calls, conversations, tickets, tasks completed or appointments booked, depending on service.
Quality: Sample size, agreed QA checklist, coaching notes and repeat issues.
Business outcomes: Client-approved KPIs such as qualified meetings, resolution rates or follow-up accuracy; no guaranteed outcomes.
Escalations: Open issues, owners, deadlines and resolution status.
Next-week action plan: Training priorities, workflow changes and decisions required from the client.
What a real report includes
Reporting frequency, data sources, definitions, targets, system permissions and review ownership are established in the service agreement. Client-specific dashboards are shared through approved channels rather than publicly.
